Wedding Day

So, I finally got to take my first wedding day pictures, and the fact that they were for a friend makes it even better. Now I will be the first to admit that I'm not the most talented photographer, add to the fact that I do not have the latest and greatest in camera, and zilch accessories. But I am happy with them, here are few of my favorites...

So the classic . . . "You may now kiss the Bride" . . . I did not like the background of the closet, so I decided to Crystallize it, I like the effect.
Black and White, with the colored bouquet, it is fun
I have always LOVED these kind of pictures, and after the wedding we went to a local park for some pictures and managed to get there just in time for the sun to start its decent. This picture alone made me that delirious happy I only get from an awesome "in my opinion" way. Maybe it could have been better, but I am completely satisfied!
This was taken through a stone wall with holes (lol nice description I know, but the right word escapes me) I really like the warm tones in it.
Even if it is not the actual question, no wedding portfolio would be complete without the "Question" picture ;-)

These two are the cake and bouquet, with the obvious focus on the very fake prop rings, but cool nonetheless.

I think I like this Colorfied Bouquet picture better than the 1st one

 Heartified Bride . . . LOVE IT

So much Love you can see the Hearts all around lol

Chicago Day Trip Vol. 1

I am a Country Girl. Through and through, and even though I grew up about an hour away from Chicago, I never really visited it....till earlier this year. So here are a few of the scenic highlights, and animals from the Lincoln Park Zoo.

Dusk in the city...From way up high...No I didn't die...Not that you care

I actually got a night scene that worked!!!!

I actually got on this thing, above, I do NOT like heights. But it was actually a lot of fun, and it got me the best scenes of the city right at dusk.

 Reflections

The Chicago Classic....The Bean, what more can be said?

 Lol, it is sticking its tongue out :~}

"Here get this side, I'm more handsome from this side"

I like 'em big, I like 'em chunky...

By far, the most entertaining creatures at the zoo, they were sooo comical!

 Who wants to shake hands?

 Thoughtful contemplation

What are you looking at? I know I'm handsome.
